Outside Shot of Spitzer's Corner
Over the last couple of months I’ve seen a large number of people “Broadcasting” from Spitzer’s Corner in the Lower East Side so I had to check it out.
I went down there for brunch over the weekend and thought it was pretty cool. They had a massive beer list and after I had a fresh pear Bellini, I chose the Chelsea Raspberry Wheat off of the chalk board…it was ridiculously good. To eat, I ordered my staple, Eggs Benedict and I have to say, they went alittle too fancy. They used this rather odd pork fat puree instead of your basic canadian bacon. After a few bites I just couldn’t stomach it anymore. I should’ve went with the french toast.
Either way, it was a cool room with large front windows for people watching. I will definitely be heading back to Spitzer’s for drinks.
