‘Hillel’s Angels’ Screening at NYC Downtown Short Film Festival :: April 28
Posted by: mike | April 23rd, 2009
There’s an old expression about a Jewish mother’s greatest fear: sons on bikes. In the short documentary, ‘Hillel’s Angels’, directed by Andrea Scott, that nightmare becomes a reality, as the world of the Jewish motorcyclist is revealed in all its leather-clad glory.
The film will screen on Tuesday, April 28th @ 8pm at the Duo Theatre on East 4th Street betwen 2nd Ave and Bowery. See the festival’s web site here for more details. Cocktail party afterwards at D.B.A.
We strongly recommend buying tickets in advance, as the theater is small and the Audience Choice screening at this same festival last month did sell out in advance! Buy tickets here.
